How Does it Work?

Book a Date, Pay a Deposit

Book your space or purchase a gift card below. A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due once it comes to frame design approximately eight weeks after drop off.

Full payment is required when booking a gift card and we will send you a physical voucher to gift the couple.

2. Drop Off or Ship your flowers

We can receive flowers from all over New Zealand!

Drop your flowers off in Christchurch or Wānaka or ship your flowers to us from anywhere in NZ.

For Friday- Sunday weddings please send your flowers to us on the Monday morning via overnight courier.

Instructions will be sent on how to do this to ensure the flowers are kept in the best condition possible.

3. Our Process

Once we receive your bouquet the bouquet is carefully taken apart and each individual stem is conditioned, prepared & then pressed using specialist methods. Each flower has a different process required depending on its moisture content.

The flowers then take time (8 weeks) to press/ dry and we continually check each flower during this time.

It’s important to Botanic Press to represent the feel of your bouquet with our beautiful minimalistic style.

4. Framing & Shipping

Your flowers are framed professionally using NZ materials and conservation grade UV protection glass. Each frame is custom made here in Wānaka for Botanic Press.

Frame colours: Dark Wood, Black, Light Wood, Dark Green, White.

Frame design: We can arrange your flowers in bouquet style, abstract style or meadow style.

Please note we will check your frame choices again prior to beginning design so you can change your mind if you wish.

There will also be an additional cost to send the frame back to you (flat rate shipping fee NZ wide is $65 for professional art packaging). Shipping of your frame is also available worldwide (shipping fee is $135 to Australia and $195 for rest of world).

Please allow 3 months from your booking date to receive your forever piece.
